Golden Oak Care welcomes children and young people between the ages of 8 and 17 years old. We understand that each age group has different developmental needs, and our care is tailored accordingly.

Our team is trained to support the unique challenges faced at each stage of childhood and adolescence, from primary school through to preparing for independence and adulthood.

Transition Support

For young people approaching 17, we provide comprehensive leaving care support and transition planning to help them prepare for semi-independent or independent living.
